Happy 2024! 

As always, we are still handling a lot of the same complaints, so we would like to remind you that you are not allowed to park your RV, boat, or trailers on your driveway or in the street unless you are loading or unloading for a trip.  Also, there is no overnight parking allowed on the street in our association either.  Please do your part by adhering to these rules so we don't have to visit you for a "personal reminder."

HOA Laws and Compliance

As of July, 2022 some new laws are now in effect that dictate how we disclose information regarding our HOA. First of all, annual dues will be decided upon and set by the first of the year and will be posted here (below) and secondly - a financial statement will be made available regularly on this website (you may find it under forms documents and maps.)

2024 Annual Dues are $190 (& a $100 set up/ transfer fee if applicable) Title Companies - please email the board for current account information- please allow up to 72 hours for response.
